1. Take some double side A4 adhesive sheet and cut it to the size you need. Remove the sticky cover from one side and stick to the surface you wish to use such as card, wood etc. Choose the colour of flake you want to use. Now remove the top cover of your adhesive sheet and sprinkle your flake over the sticky surface. 

Rub the flakes into the adhesive sheet using your hand, make sure you cover the whole surface unless your after a more sparse vintage look. Keep rubbing until you have removed all the loose flakes, you can use a stiff brush or a scourer to remove the excess if you have trouble doing this by hand.

Remember to put the residue in a spare pot for another day. You can now stamp onto this surface is you wish or use your craft punches to punch out shapes such as flowers.
