To make things easy for you I have set up your shopping basket so that it automatically calculates your post and packing ( P&P) charges. Whilst you are browsing the site you can add items to your basket. To the top left you can see the items you have added in your quick view basket but the total here is minus the P&P charges. To see the postage fees you will need to visit your main shopping basket by selecting the "Go to shopping Basket" button on your quick view basket. You will then be able to see the Post and Packing (P&P) options for your order within the UK.
In order to see the correct postage rates for within the European Union such as France and Belgium please create an account and login before adding items to your basket.
Our minimum UK postage fee is now £1.70 and our maximum postage fee is £12.99 for up to 10kg. These rates include the new VAT rates for postage and the new increases introduced by Royal Mail in April 2011. Q. How long will I have to wait to receive my order? I aim to despatch orders within 3 working days after cleared payment has been received. If this is for some reason not possible I will always email you to let you know so please ensure your email address is correct when checking out. Please note that at busy periods such as Christmas , Easter etc this will be a minimum of 5 to 7 working days.
Items despatched to Europe may take up to 14 days or more depending on your location and also your local postal service. Q. How can I pay for my order? At present I only accept Paypal on-line. However, under certain circumstances I will accept postal orders, bank transfer or a cheque but you must contact me before placing your order. You can find the email address under the Contact Us button.
Please note European customers must have a Paypal confirmed address. European customers may also pay via bank transfer, please contact me for details once your order has been placed.
If paying by bank transfer your payment must reach our bank no later than 7 days from the date of ordering, orders not paid for by this time will be cancelled and the items ordered will no longer be guaranteed to be available.
Q. My item has not arrived?
Due to recent Royal Mail changes to how we can claim for missing items we ask that you report an item missing within 20 days of purchase. If you do not report the item as not received within this time we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.
