Fiskars 2 in 1 Victorian Circle punch

This punch will allow you  to cut 2 sizes of circle 3.5" and 5.5". You can then create continuous circular borders by punching round the circles you have created. The end result is a perfect circle with a fancy doily like edge which can be used in all your card making and scrapbooking projects.
