Ideas:

1. To create a glossy accent to your stamped image simply stamp your image and embellish it however you like. Once dry take your glossy accents and  pick out parts of your image you wish to make pop out from your project then cover with a layer of glossy accents. Allow to dry and you will have a clear glossy accent to the area you chose on your project.
2. Attach a small photo or image to your scrapbook page or card then cover with glossy accents to highlight the image on your page.
